I’m a Red Robin fan. How could I not be? “Yumm.” I know, right? It sure is…
The last time I went, I noticed their new menus, and the communicator in me was impressed at what I saw. Without even opening the menu, I already knew my appetizer and drink selections. There was no flashy cover page of a ginormous hamburger, but instead Red Robin’s new menu got to the point.
Think about how beneficial this is. 1) You’re looking at food selections the minute your menu is placed in your hand. 2) The appetizers, one of the first things you order, are on the very cover of the menu. 3) Beverages, the very first thing you’re asked about by the server, is right up front. You don’t have to search around for the drink section or try to remember if Red Robin serves Coke or Pepsi products. The answer to your question is right up front.
